Our Process

Each patient starts with our initial onboarding process that is done at our main office in Palm Harbor. Your journey with us begins here:

  1. Your new patient appointment includes an exam with one of our doctors, x-rays (if needed), insight scans, and your first test adjustment to measure your body’s initial response.
  2. The second visit consists of a report of findings, care recommendations, and an explanation of our heart for you and your responsibilities as a patient to get the most out of your care.

FAQ

How long will it take?

New patient exams are between 60-90 minutes. Typical visits are between 20-30 minutes. Larger families will take longer if done together.

What should I bring?

We ask that you bring your ID and insurance card to your first visit and fill out your new patient paperwork prior to your appointment that is texted to you upon scheduling.

Where are you located?

Our main office is located in Palm Harbor by the corner of Tampa Road and McMullen Booth Road near the Boot Ranch shopping center.

Live in the Trinity Area?

Your first visit takes place at our main office. After that, you may go to our Studio Office in Trinity, located inside The Hope Center. Typical visits take between 15-20 minutes. Hours for that office are different from our main location.
